1. Open the AVG Program.
2. On the Tools menu, click "Firewall settings."
3. Locate the profile you use in the left navigation tree, and then click "System services."
4. Click "Manage user system rules."
5. In the new window, click Add.
6. Under "Rule detail name," type a name for the service.
7. Specify the desired values for:
- Protocol ****, direction IN, local port(s) XXXX, remote port(s) XXXX, remote address(es) XXXX
- Protocol ****, direction OUT, local port(s) XXXX, remote port(s) XXXX, remote address(es) XXXX
8. In the "Allow for all" option, click "Allow for safe."
9. Confirm all changes by clicking OK.
