1. Close Microsoft Outlook.
2. Download the AVG Service Utility from following link to your Desktop:
http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/support/fix_mso_avg2012_en.exe
3. Run the utility.
4. Follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
5. Launch Microsoft Outlook.
The issue should be resolved by now.
